How do I return a product?
Please access the return portal or email store@teamliquid.com with your order number and reason.
The product I’m looking for is out of stock! Will you be restocking it soon?
Restocks will vary upon collection. Limited collections will not be restocked due to their limited nature.
If an item I want is limited, should I be prepared for it upon launch?
YES! Please note that some of our products may sell out quickly due to demand. Please be prepared at launch to have the best chance at purchasing the item! We will not be able to accommodate anyone unable to purchase an item after it has sold out.
I want to talk about possibly joining Team Liquid as a content creator or player. Am I able to reach the proper people through the store support channel?
While we respect your enthusiasm greatly, our store channel is only for store inquiries and issues. Please refrain from contacting us about collaborative opportunities or solicitation. My gamertag is too long or contains a filtered word. Can I still use it on my jersey?
Please email us regarding your name, and we will respond as soon as possible whether we can do so!
Are you restocking a certain item?
We do restock some of our products! Please feel free to send us an email at store@teamliquid.com with the product you are wondering about, and we will get back to you as soon as we can!
I live in Europe, but I wanted to buy a product from the North American store. Am I able to do so?
Yes! Sometimes our other stores have a certain product stocked while the other may have run out. Please feel free to order from our other stores, but please be mindful of potentially higher shipping rates and local customs rates.
