What is a pre-book order?
A pre-book order refers to the act of placing an order for a product that is not yet, or no longer, available to be sold from stock, but will be made available in the future (if enough orders are placed to meet minimum order quantity). By pre-booking, you can reserve a product in advance, ensuring that you will receive it as soon as it becomes available.
Why do you have pre-book orders?
We put a lot of effort into trying to buy enough inventory for each product while also making sure we don’t overproduce. Sometimes this leads to some products selling out much faster than we have anticipated. We want everyone to be able to enjoy this collection so we decided to offer select items for pre-book after they sell out. If you were redirected here because one of the products you are interested in buying is on pre-book status, that means it has already sold out for the size you are interested in!
When is my pre-book order going to be delivered?
The pre-book purchase window stays open. After this period, we will disable pre-book orders and begin reconciling all orders placed. Any product that meets the minimum order quantity will be produced and shipped to you as soon as possible, if a product does not meet minimum order quantity your pre-book items will be canceled and fully refunded. For products that meet minimum order quantity we estimate that these will be delivered no later than February 2025.
Can I cancel my pre-book order?
All pre-book sales will become final and we can no longer accept returns because we will have placed our order with the production facility at that time.
What if my order contains normal items and pre-book items, when will I get my order?
If your order includes a pre-book item, your entire order will ship once your prebook item has arrived at our warehouse.Â
Will I receive updates on the progress of my pre-book order?
We will make sure to send out an update to everyone who has placed a pre-book order. This update will let you know which items will be ordered and what the expected delivery date is. Any items that didn’t receive enough pre-book orders to meet factory minimum order quantity will be fully refunded.

Which regions have pre-book?
Right now only North America and Europe has the pre-book option activated due to our back-end integration. However, if there are items in Brazil that sell out, we will activate this function at a later point.
